I actually didn't bother with multiple saves in ME. Even though there were different paths to take, I personally saw my decisions as being the way it was meant to be played. I'll usually make saves so I can see how different events turn out, but I wasn't really interested in ME's case. Whenever I wanted to know, I just looked up on the wiki.
As such, I'm not entirely sure I'll ever play the games again. I might do a speed run for achievements, but I don't see myself sitting down and investing time in them until maybe a couple of years after completing ME3. When it comes to games like this, I have a hard time replaying them because the second experience is never as enjoyable as the first one.
As for Grunt...I partially disliked him because of Wrex but also because I just didn't enjoy his abrasive personality. Same goes for Zed, Zephron, Zephyr, or whatever the hell that guy's name is...the DLC criminal who doesn't have any meaningful dialog at any point during the game. His existence on the ship made no sense. I also hated Jack. Again, she had an annoying abrasive personality and the whole brooding, oh-so-tough attitude got old before she even joined the team. Jacob was okay...boring, yes, but I have no beef with him. Miranda was annoying but mostly tolerable. The only new teammate I genuinely liked was Mordin. That guy was awesome.

I agree 100% with you there.

Well that's true to a point. I liked playing as an extreme good, extreme bad and then one kinda in the middle where I would make the choices I would make in real life. If you've never played extreme bad, it's actually really funny, especially in ME2. Shepherd's such a ***** to everyone that some responses he/she gives just kills me. If nothing else, it's worth going through the games once more being the biggest a-hole you can be just for the dialogue (which you can't get on wiki's).

Heh, yeah, I've made a few renegade choices just for fun and it is indeed humorous. I just don't know if I'm up for sitting through the game again just for the dialog. Maybe when I've made a bigger dent in my backlog.

SPOILERS!!!**********
haha Mordin made that game for me man. Did you get him to sing "modern scientist salarian"? That was out of nowhere man
Also, I saved the racchni queen, saved ashley (and kept faithful to her) saved wrex and his people, my entire team survived, I saved the council and told the illusive man to go to hell.
I aldo agree with the single play through for my games and I only have one play through for both my ME1 and ME2 games. My choices are mine now and I want to see how they all work out since certain things happened and others didn't.
Also, I did the shadow broker DLC mission
spoiler again!
and Liara is the new shadow broker after I killed the old one.
I can't wait to see the reapers attack since I have the help of the shadow broker, the krogan, the racchni and the council owes me HUGE for saving them.

LMAO I died when I heard that the first time. So random. For those who didn't see it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxrO5-HPIAw
Mordin's sex advice when you have an interspecies relationship is pretty good too.
-
haha I had heard about mordin supplying shepard with condoms, but I never got that advice since I didn't pursue anyone on the crew in ME2 since I'm eventually trying to hook shepard back up with Ashley (I know she's a pain, but the woman knows literature, and as an english/journalism major:thats points even in a video game lol)
Also, what are your views on the possibility of having homosexual relationships in ME3?
While I'm ok with the idea of there being gay characters in games, I think it might screw with the continuity a bit since usually everyone tries to hook shepard up with someone on the crew.
What is everyone else's view on this one?

I don't really see a problem with there being an option to have same-sex romances in the game. If you don't want Shepard to be gay, don't flirt with men. Dragon Age allowed you to be gay and there was never an issue with that. And I don't think it screws with continuity at all; I can't recall a time when Shepard's sexuality is ever mentioned one way or another, although I could be wrong. But even if was, there's no reason why he/she can't experiment a little. I basically see Shepard as being a bit like Jack Harkness on Torchwood: willing to sleep with anyone and everyone. Besides, we've already got an entire race of pansexual people (asari), so I have a hard time seeing one man's ambiguous (and possibly contradictory) sexuality as being controversial, especially in the 2180's.

Hey Murg have you gotten Zelda on the 3DS yet? Been very hooked on it. Best game I've played in a very long time. Playing it on the 3DS is so much more better than on a console.
-
Sadly, no, I don't have it yet. I unfortunately don't have the extra cash lying around right now. I will be getting it sometime soon, though; as soon as I get a chance. It's silly because I can just play the game on my Wii, but I want all of the updates and extras! Heh.
