Fighting Games for Xbox 360
Hey Guys,
I was wondering if any of you can know of some good fighting games for the xbox 360 other than street fighter, blazeblue, or tekken.

Marvel vs capcom 3 next month (the second is in the XBLA now). Soul Calibur 4. Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (also in XBLA). That's all I can think of off the top of my head right now
-
The one I enjoy the most is Virtua Fighter 5, Still play it till this day. That and Soul Calibur 4 plus like static said MvC3 next month.

I very much agree.

I sold my old fight stick to my buddy and my new HRAP V3 stick should arrive tomorrow! Yay! All set for MvC3 next month and prepared early this time so I don't have to pay ridiculously high marked up prices for one post-launch like I did when SF4 released. I remember some of those Madcatz TE sticks were going for $350+. People are nuts to actually pay more than double what it really costs.
-
I don't know why, but gamers are really impatient people. Instead of waiting a month for prices to go back down, many would rather just pay the inflated price. Whenever I get an XBLA title early and people on the Xbox forums notice me playing it, I get bombarded with messages from people asking me how they can get it. It was especially bad when people found out that you could get A World of Keflings through a game invite. I was one of the first ten people to get 100% on that game, so people were finding me on MyGamerCard and sending me message after message, begging to help them get early access.
Seriously, if you get an early review copy of a game, you can put it on eBay a day or two before release and easily get $20-30 more than retail value. It boggles my mind that someone would pay 50% more just to get a game a day early.

Not that I disagree with you but to be fair, those Madcatz sticks were seriously understocked for months so it was a really long wait, not just a couple of weeks. People who pre-ordered their sticks in 08 got messages saying it won't arrive until September and October of 09 and SF4 along with the sticks released in like March or April of 09 if I remember correctly. (EDIT: actually it was February 09 SF4 and the stick released) Pre-ordering something and then it not arriving for 6 months after its release would irk the hell outta me.
And those gouged prices remained high for another year or so because Super Street Fighter 4 launched the next year (right when supply was catching up with demand) and another wave of high demand kicked in. I still can't find a TE stick in stores or else I would have just bought that instead of ordering online and paying for shipping. I dunno why but these things are a pain to find.

I still have the stick that came with Tekken 6, I like it and it works great but for some reason I always go back to the controller :/

Just preference I guess. I love playing fighters with arcade sticks.

I like using a stick when I play in an arcade. At home, it just feels awkward and bulky to me.

Okay, fair enough. I don't keep track of controllers, so I was unaware. Gamers are still very impatient in general, though. Heh.

Oh god...fighting games.
The last fighting game I played was Super Street Fighter 4. That game was HORRIBLE.
You think I'm kidding, but playing Cody on a console controller was a nightmare for me.
I wanted to use his whirlwind upper ultra combo...but all he did WAS THROW STONES

Something of real value is always expensive - you have to give away a great deal. And to give a lot, you must first take a lot.

I really really wish that I could have enjoyed that game. Hell, I even got some thumb socks from Gamestop, which has Deejay, Zangief, and two other dudes.
That game made me so frustrated, I broke like 2 headsets and a controller trying to do ultra combos.
