I came across this list of cool SC2 Easter Eggs. Have you guys found any others?

They missed my favorite, the L80TSM, or Level 80 Tauren Space Marine. When you see him, he runs into an outhouse. Click it three times, and it launches like a rocket into space. Also, there's another cameo. A character from Diablo is hidden in another mission. I haven't found him, but many others have. I never played Diablo so I couldn't tell you who it is.

I found Diablo, it looks like the vanity pet from World of Warcraft. I -believe- it to be in one of the Char missions at the end of the game. I recall it being the first one, the landing on Char but I could be wrong. Hes on a little island against the south-east part of the map.
